Parody episodes - Remakes
Family guy is also Widely known for making episodes that take their theme from other well known movies/tv shows, there have been examples such as Star wars episodes ("Something, Something Darkside"), Naruto episodes, Spiderman, there have been an extremely wide range of theme immitations by Family guy. The Most well known being the Star Wars episode "Something, something, dark side" is a full length one hour episode that covers the episode of star wars IV with alot of Family guy humour, mokery and jokes included.
There have been a few problems with creating these remake episodes, there have been alot of hatemail and complaints from people who happen to be fans of the shows and movies Family guy had remade into their own style. The angry people accuse Family guy of creating these remakes that make the shows look more attractive to children as it relates to things they might watch which "lures" them into watching Family guy. Also they have said that Family guy has given the movies remade a "bad image" as they have mocked them and included perhaps some inapropriate jokes, content and language.
